Can I place a custom order?

I am not currently accepting custom orders as I am unable to find the time to fit them in.

What Payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept credit/debit cards, Paypal, Apple pay and Klarna (for UK customers only)

When will my order be dispatched?

Most of our orders will be dispatched within 5 working days, with the exception of made-to-order and pre-ordered items. These items will contain move information about shipping times in the description.

 How much is shipping?

​Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout as they are influenced by an items size, weight and price.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we do, however we do not offer international shipping for all of our items. Some items may be unavailable for international shipping if they are too delicate, heavy, or large.

Can I track my order?

Yes, all of our orders are sent using a tracked service. Tracking information will be sent via email once your order has been dispatched. 

Will I be charged customs fees for an international order?

If you're ordering from outside of the UK, then please be aware that you may be charged customs/import fees before your order is delivered to you. We do not have any control over these fees as they are not charged by us, therefor we cannot advise if/when they will be charged or how much they will be. You should contact your local customs department if you require more information.

Please note that it is the buyers responsibly to cover these import fees, in cases where they aren't paid, an order may be returned to us. In these cases a refund will not be issued, we will be happy to re-ship your order, but please note it is the buyers responsibly to cover the cost of re-shipping the item.

My parcel has been dispatched, but hasn't arrived?

If your item hasn't arrived within the advised delivery time, don't panic. it may just be delayed. 

 If you're a UK customer and it has been over 10 working days since your order has been dispatched, then please contact us. 

For international customers, if it has been over 20 working days since your order has been dispatched, then please contact us.

What if my parcel is lost or stolen?

In cases where parcels go missing or have been stolen, please contact us. All of our parcels are sent insured and we will be able to contact royal mail on your behalf. Once an order is confirmed missing by royal mail, then we will be able to send out a replacement for you. Please view our shipping policy for more information. 

My order has arrived damaged?

We're so sorry to hear this. While we do our best to ensure our items are packed safely to avoid damage, sometimes things happen that are out of our control. If this is the case then please contact us and we will be happy to issue a replacement.

Please note that due to the handmade nature of these items, small visual imperfections may sometimes arise. Refunds or exchanges will not be offered in these cases.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

If your order has arrived and you aren't happy with it for any reason, then you have 14 days to file a return. We do not offer exchanges. Please note that all returns are subject to certain conditions, please view out returns policy for more information.

Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to request a cancellation then please contact us, please note that we cannot always offer a cancelation and each request will be reviewed on a case by case basis. For more information, view our cancellations policy.

I want to place an order, but I need it by a certain date!

If you need your order by a certain date then please get in touch before you place your order and I will do my best to accommodate. Please note that if you contact me about this after placing an order, if I cannot accommodate then this doesn't automatically mean you are entitled to a cancelation, so it's always best to get in touch first.

Who makes your items?

All handmade items are made by me, Livia, in my studio at home. 

 

Is your jewellery hypoallergenic?

We do not claim our jewellery as hypoallergenic, it is the responsibility of the customer to be aware of any allergies before making a purchase. The majority of metal used in our pieces is either gold plated stainless steel or sterling silver, but we may occasionally use an alternative, this information can be found in each product description. Livia Wednesday is not responsible for any discomfort or allergic reactions that may occur as a result of wearing our jewellery.

How should I care for my jewellery?

We send out each order with a care card, this will give you advise on how to best care for your jewellery. Due to the handmade nature of our items, please handle with care. We are unable to take any responsibility for items that become damaged due to improper care. Please follow the guidelines below:

 •Do not spray with solvents, such as perfume, hairspray, deodorant etc.

•Keep away from intense heat.

•Avoid getting the item wet, always remove before swimming, bathing and sleeping.

•Store in the box or pouch provided, away from other items to avoid scratches.

•Do not bend and try not to drop.

•Wipe clean with a soft cloth, avoid chemicals.

Can I change the length of a necklace?

All necklace lengths can be viewed in the product descriptions, if you would like a different length to the one stated, then please get in touch before placing an order. Please note that necklace lengths can only be changed for made-to-order items. If you have your eye on an item that isn't made-to-order, but would like to add some extra length, then I can include a 5cm detachable extension chain in your order, just be sure to leave me a note at checkout.

What packaging do you use?

All of our orders are shipped in a cardboard box, filled with biodegradable packing peanuts, include paper thank you and care cards, and are sealed with paper tape.
